Return Policy
American Reckoning wants you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase that you make with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items, you may return within 30 days of delivery.
1. Email us at clovis@americanreckoning.com or call 1-385-495-5114. Have your order number with you when reaching out so that we can better serve you.
2. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping labels will only be provided on items being returned due to damage during shipping or something is wrong with the item being returned. Customers are responsible for shipping labels on returns for items that are wanting exchange or return because of change of mind.
3. If packaging was damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 days of receiving delivery and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
4. To cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, full refund will be issued immediately. If the order has shipped, the refund will be issued when product is returned back to us and processed. Shipping cost will not be refunded if order has already shipped.
5. We will provide a refund confirmation email for your records.
